The Role

My client is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor with 3+ years PQE to join their dynamic team. You will manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial property transactions, providing expert advice and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
• Advise clients on sales, purchases, leases, and refinancing.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
• Build and nurture client relationships through clear communication and exceptional service.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with minimum 3 years PQE in conveyancing.
• Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Client-focused with outstanding communication skills.
